How much does AI chatbot development cost?

Can the chatbot reply in Hindi and Hinglish?
Yes. It understands and replies in Hindi, English and Hinglish, and can match the language the customer uses.
Will it give wrong answers?
It’s set up to answer only from information you approve and to say when it doesn’t know. Anything sensitive or unclear is handed to a person.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not always. WhatsApp’s own Business AI inside the WhatsApp Business app suits many small businesses. You need the Business Platform (API) for CRM integration, team inboxes or high volumes.
Can it book appointments?
Yes. It can offer free slots from your Google Calendar or booking tool, confirm them and send reminders.
What's the difference between this and WhatsApp marketing?
A chatbot answers customers who message you. WhatsApp marketing sends offers and updates to customers who opted in. Many businesses use both.
