SEO expert in Delhi for rankings that bring in customers
I’m Aniket Gupta, an SEO consultant in Delhi. I help businesses rank on Google Search, Google Maps and AI answers for the searches their customers actually make, then report on the calls, enquiries and sales that follow.

SEO expert in Delhi NCR
An SEO specialist in Delhi who does the work himself
A lot of SEO in Delhi is sold the same way: a list of keywords, a monthly PDF and a promise of page one. The work behind it is often outsourced and rarely explained. When you hire an SEO expert in Delhi, you should get the opposite: someone who knows your market, tells you what they’re changing and why, and is judged on enquiries rather than rankings alone.
I’ve run SEO for clinics, CA firms, restaurants, travel operators and online stores in Delhi NCR, elsewhere in India, the UAE and the US. Whether you think of it as hiring an SEO consultant in Delhi or a freelance SEO expert in Delhi, the arrangement is simple: I set the strategy, do the technical and on-page work myself, and bring in writers and designers from my own team when a project needs them.
Professional SEO services in Delhi don’t need to be complicated. Search Console shows what Google sees. Your Google Business Profile decides whether you appear in the map pack. Your pages decide whether a visitor calls you or goes back to the results. I work on all three, starting with whichever is costing you the most enquiries.
SEO services
SEO services in Delhi, from audit to authority
Every engagement starts with an audit, then draws on whichever of these services your site actually needs. Most businesses need three or four of them, not all twelve.
Core
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Most customers in Delhi find a local business on Google Maps before they ever see its website. I optimise your Google Business Profile, correct your details across directories, build locality pages and set up a steady flow of reviews, so you appear in the map pack for “near me” searches.

AI search optimisation: GEO, AEO and LLM citations
More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews which business to choose. These tools don't rank pages the way the blue links do. They quote sources they trust, and this work makes your business one of them.
New
Generative engine optimisation (GEO)
Making your pages easy for AI models to understand and quote: direct answers near the top, specific facts and figures, consistent business details, and content that covers a topic properly rather than thinly.

Where I start
What I check first on every website
Most ranking problems trace back to a short list of causes. These nine checks are where every free audit begins, because between them they explain why most sites are stuck.
Which pages Google has indexed, which it skipped and why. Missing, duplicate or accidentally blocked pages are the most common reason a site doesn't rank.
Google Business Profile
Primary and secondary categories, services, photos, review count and how recently the profile was updated. The wrong primary category alone can keep you out of the map pack.
Business details across the web
Your name, address and phone number on Justdial, Sulekha, IndiaMART and other directories. Old numbers and moved addresses make Google less certain where you are.
Speed on a real phone
Core Web Vitals measured on a mid-range Android over mobile data, which is how most of your visitors actually arrive.
Pages competing with each other
Whether several of your pages chase the same search and split the rankings between them. It's common on sites with many blog posts or near-identical service pages.
Search intent
Whether each page gives searchers what they came for. Someone comparing prices needs a different page from someone asking “how to”, even when the keywords look alike.
Backlink profile
Who links to you, who links to your competitors, and whether spammy links from an old agency need cleaning up before they cause trouble.
Content quality & E-E-A-T
Whether your pages show real expertise: author details, credentials, case studies and specifics a competitor couldn't copy. Thin pages rarely hold their rankings after core updates.
Tracking & conversions
Whether calls, form fills and WhatsApp clicks are tracked in GA4. Without that, nobody can tell which rankings actually bring in business.
Your SEO consultant
Hire an SEO expert in Delhi who answers for the results
I’m Aniket Gupta. SEO has been at the centre of my work since I started in digital marketing, for businesses in healthcare, accounting, food, travel, beauty, education, e-commerce and B2B.
What clients tend to value most isn’t a clever tactic. It’s knowing exactly what is being done on their site each month, why, and what it should achieve. I review everything that goes live, and I’ll tell you plainly when SEO isn’t the right channel for a goal.
Freelance SEO consultant in Delhi vs an SEO agency vs in-house
All three can work. What differs is who actually does the work, how quickly things move and what you’re paying for besides SEO. Cost figures are typical 2026 market ranges in India, not my own prices.

SEO for small businesses, startups and growing brands
The right SEO plan depends on how people buy from you. These are the businesses I do most of my SEO work for.

SEO process
How I run SEO, step by step
Seven stages, from the first call to the monthly review. The first four happen once; the last three repeat every month.
01 · Day 1
Discovery call
A 30-minute call about your business, your margins, your best customers and the searches you'd most like to win. I'll also ask what's been tried before and what didn't work.
02 · Days 2–5
SEO audit
A full crawl of the site, a review of Search Console, Analytics, your Business Profile and backlinks, compared against the three competitors who rank where you want to be.
03 · Week 2
Keyword & page plan
Every target keyword is matched to one page, existing or new, so your pages stop competing with each other. You'll see which searches bring enquiries and which only bring traffic.
04 · Weeks 2–4
Technical fixes
Indexing, speed, mobile issues, redirects and schema come first. Content and links work far better once Google can crawl and understand the site properly.
05 · Month 2 onward
Pages & content
Service and location pages are rewritten or created, internal links are tidied up, and new content goes live on a schedule we agree together.
06 · Ongoing
Local & authority
Business Profile updates, review requests, citations, and outreach for links and mentions from sites your customers already trust.
07 · Monthly
Report & refine
A short report on rankings, traffic and enquiries, a call to go through it, and an updated plan for the next month based on what moved.

An SEO expert works out why your website isn’t showing up for the searches your customers make, then fixes it. That covers technical problems that stop Google indexing your pages, content that doesn’t match what people search for, your Google Business Profile, and the links and mentions that build trust. I also track the calls and enquiries that result, not just rankings.
How much do SEO services in Delhi cost?
+
It depends on how competitive your keywords are and how much work the site needs. Local SEO for one location costs less than nationwide SEO for a competitive service. The comparison table above shows typical market ranges; after a free audit you’ll get a fixed monthly quote and a written scope from me.
Do you offer SEO services for small businesses?
+
Yes. For small businesses I start with the work that pays back fastest: a properly optimised Google Business Profile, accurate local listings, clear service pages and a few well-chosen local keywords. Broader content and link building come later, once those foundations are bringing in enquiries.
How long does SEO take to show results?
+
Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work often show movement within a few weeks. Ranking for competitive keywords in Delhi usually takes three to six months of steady work, sometimes longer. The Search Console screenshots on this page show the usual pattern: slow at first, then gains that build on each other.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings on Google?
+
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google decides its own rankings and changes them often. What I can promise is white-hat work, realistic targets agreed at the start and a monthly report showing progress against them.
Why hire a freelance SEO expert in Delhi instead of an agency?
+
You work directly with the person doing the work, decisions are quicker, and you aren’t paying for an agency’s office and sales team. An agency makes more sense when a large site needs a big team working at once.
What's the difference between SEO and local SEO?
+
SEO helps your website rank in Google’s main results for searches across a city, the country or the world. Local SEO focuses on Google Maps and the map pack, which appear for searches with local intent such as “dentist near me”. Most Delhi businesses need both, with the balance depending on whether customers come to you or buy online.
What will I get each month?
+
A short report covering rankings, organic traffic, Google Business Profile activity and the calls or enquiries that came from search, along with a list of the work done that month and what’s planned next. I’m happy to walk you through it on a call.
What do you need from me to get started?
+
Access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your Google Business Profile (I can set these up if you don’t have them), a login for your website, and half an hour to talk through your services, customers and competitors.
How do you build backlinks, and is it safe?
+
I earn links through outreach to relevant websites, digital PR, local business partnerships and content other sites want to cite. I don’t buy links or use private blog networks, because those put your site at risk of a Google penalty.
Can you help my business appear in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?
+
Yes. AI tools quote sources they trust, so I make your pages easy to quote and build consistent mentions of your business across the web. A free AI visibility check shows where you stand today and which competitors are being recommended instead.
Can you recover traffic lost after a Google update?
+
Often, yes. I compare your traffic with the dates of recent updates, identify the pages and queries that dropped, and look for the cause, whether that’s thin content, weak expertise signals or poor-quality links. Recovery usually takes a few months and sometimes needs the next core update to show fully.
Do you work with businesses outside Delhi?
+
Yes. Besides clients across Delhi NCR, I work with businesses elsewhere in India and overseas, including the UAE and the US. SEO work runs smoothly over calls, WhatsApp and email.
How do I choose the best SEO consultant in Delhi?
+
Ask for results from real accounts, ideally Search Console or Business Profile screenshots rather than vague percentages. Read their Google reviews, find out who will actually work on your site, and ask them to explain their link-building approach. A good consultant will be happy to answer all of it before you sign anything.
